Hi, I am Arnav Palkhiwala. I am originally from San Diego and will be a freshman at the University of Washington studying Statistics and Data Science in the fall. My passions lie in statistics and programming and am looking for opportunities at the intersection of technology and business.

I have achieved the Java SE 8 Programmer Oracle Certification by studying for and passing the Java SE Programmer I Exam (1Z0-808). Along with this, I have experience in web development in HTML, CSS, and Javascript as well as backend experience in Java and Python.

As an avid sports fan throughout my life, I have developed a curiosity about applying data science and machine learning to better understand and predict athletes' performance and help companies succeed in business. I am also American Red Cross certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.
